Tech Talk (Mar 23, 2019)

BIT Alumni network is pioneering a monthly TECH TALK program by industry experts within the Alumni network and external professionals. This is to expose the current students to industry progress and real-life experiences. There is now a model within the Institution for Alumni Network activity co-ordination. Key members of the Alumni network curate and co-ordinate these talks.

The first one of the season was on Saturday Mar 23, 2019.

Expert presentation (Mar 16, 2019)

BIT Alumni network is co-ordinating a series called “Expert advise” by industry experts that help students map their academic world to the real-work world. We do this in conjunction with various teams in the institute. Key members of the Alumni network curate and co-ordinate these talks. The first one of the season was on Preparing yourself for industry placement

this was delivered by Mr. Venkatesh BJ, Talent acquisition leader at Gipfel & Schnell

(an MBA by qualification with 14.5+ years of rich experience in Hiring and Staffing operations, expertise in talent acquisition for the information technology industry and has been successfully enabling growth for clients and employers across all levels and geographies.)
